AI Strategy & Solutions

Take AI from strategy
to everyday work.

We help you choose the AI use cases worth funding, then deliver them into production inside your own systems. The consultants who run your first workshop stay with the work until your teams rely on it.

01Overview

One team from the first question to full adoption

Buying AI licences is the easy part. The value shows up when a use case solves a real business problem and your people change how they work because of it.

HarKing Vertical brings strategy, data, delivery and change together in one engagement. We help you decide what is worth building, then build it on the platforms you already run, from Google and Microsoft to Infor M3.

Our roots are in enterprise software and ERP. That means we connect AI to the systems that run your operations, and we measure success the way you do: adoption, outcomes and a return on your software investment.

02Capabilities

From strategy to AI in production.

01

AI Strategy & Roadmapping

We assess where you stand, rank the AI opportunities in front of you and turn the best of them into a roadmap your leadership can fund and track.

  • AI readiness assessment across data, people, platforms and risk
  • A ranked use-case portfolio scored on value, feasibility and risk
  • A phased roadmap with owners, quick wins and a business case for each priority
  • Leadership workshops to agree priorities and appetite for risk
02

AI Solution Delivery & Implementation

We take your chosen use cases from pilot to production inside your environment, with the integration, security and testing real operations need. Then we hand over a solution your team can own.

  • Prototypes and pilots that test value against your real data
  • Integration with your core business systems and data platforms
  • Security review, testing and monitoring before go-live
  • Documentation, knowledge transfer and a clean handover
03

Enterprise GenAI Adoption

A Gemini for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout pays off only when people use it well. We set the guardrails, train people by role and measure whether the tools change how work gets done.

  • Acceptable-use policy and data-access guardrails
  • A champions network and role-based training
  • Prompt and use-case libraries for each team
  • Adoption and value tracking that leadership reviews
04

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

We connect AI agents and automations to Infor M3, your wider ERP and your core systems. Routine work such as order exceptions, parts lookups and supplier follow-ups keeps moving, and your people approve the decisions that matter.

  • Agents that read from and act on ERP data, including Infor M3
  • Human approval gates for decisions above a threshold you set
  • Scoped, least-privilege access and a full audit trail
  • Built on the Google, Microsoft and Infor platforms you already run
05

Data Governance & AI-Ready Data

The AI you deploy reads your data, so we start there. We set up ownership, quality rules and access policies, and we clean the master data in your ERP before any model depends on it.

  • Data ownership and stewardship models
  • Quality rules, lineage and access policies
  • Master data cleanup for items, customers and suppliers, including in Infor M3
  • Data security controls for sensitive and regulated information
06

Responsible AI & Governance

We build governance in from the first use case. Risk tiers, human checkpoints and audit trails follow recognized frameworks and Canadian privacy expectations, so you can show regulators and auditors how each decision gets made.

  • Risk tiering and a register of AI use cases and models
  • Human-in-the-loop design for higher-risk decisions
  • Policies aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and Canadian privacy law
  • Review and monitoring routines that keep governance current
07

AI Operating Model & Change Enablement

We set up the structure that keeps AI moving after the first launch: who decides, how new ideas come in, who supports each team and how leadership tracks progress.

  • An AI council charter with clear decision rights
  • A use-case intake and prioritization process
  • Training paths and champions in each team
  • KPIs your leadership reads and acts on

03Process

How an AI engagement runs

Five stages take an AI idea into daily operations. You can start at whichever one fits where you are today.

  1. Step 1: Strategy

We agree the business outcomes, rank your use cases and choose where to start.

  2. Step 2: Data

We test your data against the chosen use case and close the gaps in quality, access and governance.

  3. Step 3: Build

We build and integrate the solution in your environment, with security and testing designed in from the start.

  4. Step 4: Adopt

We train your people, support the launch and track how the solution gets used day to day.

  5. Step 5: Scale

We extend what works to new teams and use cases, and give your team the playbook to keep going.

05Why HarKing Vertical

Why choose a boutique for your AI work.

  • Boutique and personal

The consultants who learn your business are the ones who build with you. Each engagement is shaped around your goals and gets the attention a boutique firm can give.

  • ERP depth plus AI

Most of our client work has been in ERP, including Infor M3. We know how orders, parts, inventory and finance move through your core systems, so the AI we deliver fits the way your business already runs.

  • Delivery that sticks

We stay through build, launch and adoption, then hand over the documentation and skills your team needs to own the result. Our support teams can look after it from there.

Is our data ready for AI?

Most organizations have some data that is ready and some that needs work. We test your data against the specific use case you want to pursue, then give you a list of gaps in quality, access and ownership, ranked by effort, before you commit to a build. A first use case can often start while longer data work continues.

How do we measure the return on AI?

We agree the measures before we build anything. Depending on the use case, that might be hours saved, cycle time, error rates or cost per transaction. We take a baseline, then track the same numbers after launch alongside adoption, because a tool nobody uses returns nothing.

Should we build our own AI or buy it?

Usually some of both. We start with the platforms you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Infor, and recommend proven products where they fit. We build custom solutions where a use case gives you an edge or where no product meets your security and integration needs.

What are the risks, and how do you manage them?

The main risks are data leakage, wrong or biased outputs, weak security and tools that people never adopt. We rate each use case by risk, keep a human approval step on higher-risk decisions, limit what each system can access and log what it does. Governance is part of the design from the first use case.

How do we get started?

Start with a conversation. We learn your goals and constraints, then suggest a first step that fits: a readiness assessment, a use-case workshop with your leadership team or a focused pilot. The scope grows only when the results justify it.

Do you support Gemini for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Yes. We help you plan, govern and roll out either one, or both side by side. That covers pilot groups, guardrails, role-based training, champions and adoption tracking. We can also connect them to the business systems and data your teams rely on.
